Q & A:

What if I don't use my facial one month? 
You will be able to have 2 facial treatments the following month or gift it to someone else.  The facials expire after 2 months.  They must be used within 2 months.  

Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes.  You are able to hold your membership for up to 3 months/year.

Can I use it toward a non-membership service?
Yes.  We would take the value of the membership and put it toward another service.

What if I would like two services in one month?
You would receive the member discount of 10% towards the second service.  

What are my payment options?
Visa or Mastercard which will remain on an encrypted file (not even our staff could access them), and the card would be charged monthly on the same date - the date your membership began.

We reserve the right to terminate a membership at any time, for any reason   Please remember to notify us of any credit card changes to update your auto-payment info.  Enjoy your "ME" time each month and remember that this is so good for you on so many levels.
